The interview was taken in a meeting room by two people (partner and Associate). Both were lovely and helped me feel comfortable. The questions were read off a script, and they did ask follow-ups if you didn't answer or hit everything they needed you to.

A Partner and Senior Associate interviewed me, focusing on competency-based questions, followed by some focused on commercial awareness. They were told not to smile due to the bias this could create in answering.
