After 2 rounds of interview (telephonic and technical) the company changes the position from Mechanical Engineer to Materials/Chemical Engineer with different requirements and job description. This company has no clue what they need and wasted my time with the whole interview process.
I asked about this to the President of the company and he disconnected me from LinkedIn as he could not give a reasonable explanation. What a joke of a company and leadership lol.. Disgusted!

One call with a recruiter and then another call with some of the team members. Asked about experience mostly and talked about what they do and how I would do in their position.
