The interview process is a 3 step process which includes:
1. Step-1: Written test, which includes the questions related to the field for which you are applying.
2. Step-2: Interaction/Interview with HR, It is a question-answer round in which the HR asks some questions to check your knowledge/awareness about the company, questions related to the field/post for which we apply.
3. Step-3: Interview with Director/CEO, they ask some questions which tests our IQ or out of the box thinking.
