I was initially screened via phone. I was brought in for an interview where I met with one Manager and two senior ranking employees. I was brought back in for a 30 minute shadowing opportunity and then contacted a few days later by the manager.

It was straight forward, 2 meetings and an observation before the offer was made. They told me the bad and the good and seemed very transparent. They werent selling me at all. The meeting was more conversational than anything and allowed me to get to know the people who worked there better. Also, the observation was so necessary for me. I needed to see and hear what I would be doing before actually doing it.
