Posted a job advertisement, 'We promise work in austere conditions'. Job interview was a history of how two best buds started the company, and ran a good Christian business that was looking for good Christians to work with them for the rest of their careers. Interviewer (who has since quit in disgust) was the kind of man you'd follow into hell. Didn't matter what job he was offering, I was ready to work for him by the end of the interview.

Initial screening and in-person interview with the CEO.
Thorough screening of suitability, clearance and abilities. Through screening of deployment experience and one's ability to provide to the overall growth of the company and through user/customer support.
