Warm and friendly 1 to 1's with people that just let you talk, and actually listened! And then asked relevant and interesting questions. A final stage panel presentation very different to other agencies, in a great way!

Rating: 0/5 stars AVOID AVOID AVOID. The job posting explicitly stated "experience not required" for an entry-level position, which turned out to be a complete lie. I asked directly during the assessment centre what they were looking for and they said "friendliness and clear communication," which I demonstrated perfectly throughout. They made us pitch ourselves to each other in group exercises, which was clearly a sly tactic to identify who had prior recruitment experience, when they could have just checked our CVs themselves and given us a phone call rejection instead of wasting our time, money, and making us feel like we genuinely had a chance. Me and all the other eliminated candidates were extremely frustrated when we realized they only eliminated the people who didn't have recruitment experience. I was clear, demonstrative, and showcased exactly what they asked for, but it still wasn't good enough because I lacked the "experience" they claimed didn't matter in the job advert. Wasted significant time and travel costs commuting across London for an assessment centre that was never genuinely entry-level. Don't apply here if you're entry-level—they advertise "no experience needed" but eliminate anyone without prior sales background. They could have saved everyone's time by being upfront from the start.
