I’m sorry that you had a bad interview experience.
We do our best to respond to resume submissions in a timely fashion; however if there are no positions open a response can take longer.
Our standard process is to speak with candidates first by telephone (positional fit), have an initial in-person interview (knowledge) and a follow up interview (personality fit) if the candidate is being actively considered for a position.
On occasion we also ask Associate candidates to perform a high-level task to more accurately assess their knowledge of SEO.
Trinity Insight does it’s best to respect the time of candidates and act with transparency. We’ve all been in a similar situation and we treat others that way that we’d like to be treated.
