Not sure what they are looking for. They probably interview every single person on Linkedin who's looking for a project. They want a superman for 50K. They have been searching for people for 6 months or so, I still see their job advert till today. The interviewers regard themselves as superstars and disregard the opposite person. They humiliate you, after the interview you might feel like you're useless in IT.
