I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tridge (Seoul) in Mar 2019
Interview
3 rounds of interview with pretty basic questions, although the processing takes quite some time. And they take ages to give a feedback.
Prior to an interview, there is also a data collection assignment: they give a number of questions to be answered based on independent research. Nothing difficult.

Question 1
Self-introduction with emphasis on experience relevant for the applied position.
In 2021, I completed three interviews: first with HR, then the HR leader, and finally the boss. Mainly focusing on my work experience in the first and second interview, third was more about personal things
It was a very easy process.
Stage 1: Research questions on food production and trade.
Stage2: Phone interview to learn about my skill set plus market knowledge
Stage 3: Offer email
