Three interviews and a bit disorganized and disjointed which was a bit odd. They took a while to get back to me as well and I was already interviewing at other firms.
Tough interview - very technical with focus on residential terms and development strategies. More prep needed for those in private real estate debt or equity as thought needs to be placed into the due diligence etc.
