I was referred by a couple of employees for this position and subsequently contacted by the recruiter. email to the recruiter initially had no result. a phone interview was scheduled and then canceled 1 min before the interview. A second date was then proposed which I then accepted. During this call, interviewer made no attempt to draw out my experiences; he asked have you worked in agile environment and what is a solution architect. 20 minutes in all with no feedback. very disappointing experience
