The interview process is quick and simple: 1 phone screen and 1 on-site interview with Site Manager. They simply just ask about your background, how you communicate with people with disability, and why you're interested in this job. The CORI background check might take a lot of months.
It was average. They asked me about my experience with people with disabilities and my schedule. I met with HR and the residential managers. Everyone was pretty relaxed and talked about the routines at the house.

Interview
Met with director of program then got to meet participants in the program. Interview questions were very closely to related to what the job actually was. Looking back, that was helpful in knowing if it was a good fit.
