I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trial Partners in May 2019
Interview
I interviewed with the team and they asked me a lot of questions about myself and my background knowledge/ how i work best (as a team or on my own) etc
This was a day long interview process. I knew within 10 minutes I would never want to work there. The higher ups were incredibly rude, entitled and condescending. If this is how they treat an interview candidate I can only imagine how toxic that work environment is.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trial Partners (Beverly Hills, CA)
Interview
Day-long process with 4 group interviews with everyone in research and consulting (10 people). Early morning group interview with 3 research assistants, and a late morning group interview with 2 research associates. These were similar - easy, basic questions about my interests and background, why Trial Partners, what would my former manager say about me, etc. Lunch with the whole research team. Early afternoon group interview with 3 consultants asking about career goals, prior experience, fit for industry, etc. Mid afternoon is a self-paced case interview/work sample (took me about 1.5 hours) where I was given a legal case (~30 pages long) and asked to write out trial themes and affirmative statements. Late afternoon 2:1 interview with SVP and President who provided some feedback about my work sample and asked about my career goals, work style, salary expectations, etc.
