Straightforward. 2 stage process, they did not ask very tough questions. The process was managed internally but always be wary of any company like this that doesn’t have a HR function.

Question 1
About your experience and knowledge of role and company.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TriYoga (London, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
Attended a kind of assessment day in a restaurant. About 30 people were there in a very casual environment. We did two team building exercises and were briefed about the company and its values. At the end, we went through short "snapshot" interviews one on one with the recruiters.
I was told that they wanted to give me a job and that they would be in touch. Further on I received an email asking me to sign the various contracts and was then invited in for a "quick chat" expecting a short brief on my role. I actually didn't have the job yet and ended being interviewed rather than having a casual chat. I did not get the position. Overall a very confusing and unclear hiring process, and though to get an answer from the managers over email.
