The process started off with a very general telephonic conversation that ended with a follow-up email to visit their office. The second round (during the office visit) consists of a face-to-face discussion with a senior manager. The conversation ranges from discussing the previous jobs, challenges faced, overcoming obstacles and future growth plans.
The last round was some sort of technical interview. Once they decide they want to hire you, a technical interview is more of a formality. Finally, the interview ended with a discussion with a member of the senior management talking about the company, its history and its future plans. If you've done well, you can expect to hear back about an offer in 2-3 days after this interview.
