The process isn't very structured. They will post a position online via their linkedin, bullhorn etc and you apply. Once in the Owner will invite you in for a fairly routine interview. The interview process is not stressful, and is generally one maybe two interviews. Generally after meeting with the owner she may allow you to speak with potential team members who may be able to ask some of your other questions. The team seems to respect her very much and will give you good feed back on how the owner is as a boss.
