Interview
Multi-step and very delayed, my initial call came 4 weeks after applying: Multiple phone screens from corp recruiter, dept managers, face-to-face interview with local office, additional lunch-and-learn, and also face-to-face with manager (had to travel from one state to another to do an interview which I've never heard anyone doing). Your references will be questioned very thoroughly, even multiple times depending on the position you are applying for. Comprehensive background check, credit check, tinkle in the cup drug screen. Company is extremely cautious with whom the hire. Took almost 2 months to secure position. Salary was non-negotiable. By far the most rigorous interview for Sales I've ever experienced.

Question 1
Typical interview questions however very in depth: Share successful experiences, things you want to improve, your long-term goal, are you willing to relocate, if you succeed would you like to work in management, why did you leave your last job, and a laundry list more.

Interview
Friendly interviewers. We spent time talking about things other than the job, and it let me get familiar with their attitudes and cultures. I enjoyed getting the chance to meet the HR team, as well as the team who I would be working with.

Interview
I was contacted almost immediately from a recruiter after applying on Linkedin. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then an in-person interview two weeks later. He asked very detailed, specific questions from a form document. You need to have a lot of scenarios, sales stories ready to share. I never followed up after that in-person interview because they seem to be looking for very experienced sales reps but not willing to pay them nearly market value. A lot of promises of working long hours for ridiculously low pay. I appreciated the manager being honest but after his description I had zero interest in the opportunity.
