I was the only one who was shortlisted through Campus placement. After getting shortlisted, there was aptitude round which was average. And after that there were two rounds. The first was technical which was interviewed by a senior associate and the second round was interviewed by AVP of BDS (Business Development services). Both the rounds were like a casual conversation rather than a formal discussion. Also as it is an organisation which deals in financial services, having knowledge about some financial terms is a plus point.
