Interview
1st interview is with Director of Recruiting, very nice lady. She asks you about yourself and then asks you about basic knowledge about the company. 2nd interview was with Director of Sales and he quizzes you on your mindset more than anything. Overall, good interviews so far in the process

Quick, straight forward, 2 weeks long, 4 conversations. Had you take a version of an IQ test that takes 15 minutes to do. were very transparent about steps after each interview.

Interview
Video interview, nothing too difficult. Wanted to see if you really wanted to be with the company. Several interviews, but no real direction. Always seemed to be left hanging. Not a bad experience overall. They were looking for the person, not necessarily someone with experience. Make sure you have a good understanding of the position.
