Trelleborg interview questions

Straight forward and non challenging. Focus is building rapport and understanding drivers. They did use a behavioral assessment but did not discuss results. Overall I would suggest that this was a good process and although not successful was a great opportunity to gain some experience.

Interview began with recruiter asking for availability and if the expected salary range was good or not. Afterwards, scheduled a phone screening. After phone screening was technical interview then ended with onsite walkthrough
