I found a listing on Trek's Career website. With an employee referral I applied. I heard back after a week of the application for a teleconference interview. I was told I would hear back within a week for the next steps. I didn't hear back for two and a half weeks until I received an email stating they had other candidates with more Trek Bicycle selling skills specifically. While disappointing as having Trek brand-specific familiarity was listed as a "nice to have" per the listing- to not receive any communication until a week and a half later then what was said while other Trek employees were asking me how the process was going was embarrassing and frustrating.
