They called me based on LinkedIn profile. Initial contact by HR followed up with Director video call. Brought in for 4 1-hour back-to-back 1:1. Left with a positive feeling. Got ghosted. In retrospect I feel used for intel on how I would handle newly created position based on the nonstop note taking during each meeting, especially by Director.

Interview
The interview process was fair. Interviewed with 3 different people and they asked the main behavioral questions. Also asked about previous jobs and how that would fit into the current role.
