The interview mainly consisted of questions regarding previous job experience. You will appear as a strong candidate if you have basic-intermediate understanding of the role. The other parts of the hiring process are more tedious.

Very thorough. This made me much more comfortable in joining the team, knowing how carefully they evaluate potential team members. I met with people from multiple departments including sales. Which I felt was vital (and welcome) as this role will interface with sales dept.

The agent provided the opportunity mentioning they need a temp before they can find the right candidate. Those job responsibilities they described a bookkeeper can handle it. But the interviewer concluded that a CPA is not qualified to handle the job. As a financial professional, does he know the weight of CPA licence? Also the assessment test, it is given 12 minutes to answer 50 questions, I suggest the employee try the test themselves.

The interviewer was reading the resume in front of you and then ask questions, no respect to the candidate, after the reading, then he told you that your work experience was not related to this job, if this is the case, why should you review it before asking people to come over, it was a waste of my time.
