Interview
I was referred by a friend. My first interview was a phone interview with my would-be new Manager and his manager who is based in the US.
This was followed a couple of days later by in-person interview with my new manager in their offices in Sydney.

Question 1
Overview on my work history focussing on Project Management experience.
Met with a recruiter and had a 20 minute phone screening. This was followed by a case-style interview with their director of product, followed by some short interviews with additional members of the product team. Overall, a streamlined and efficient interview process.

El proceso constó de 3 entrevistas: HR, Manager y la última con el equipo. En otros casos hay una 4ta con el director, aunque en este caso no se dió.

El proceso no parece estar estandarizado así que depende de cada entrevistador. Las preguntas eran en relación a mi experiencia previa, métodos de priorización, métodos de product discovery, etc.
