Traveling Photo Booth interview questions

It began with filling out a somewhat long questionnaire which had many chances to showcase both your personality and professionalism. A few days later I had a brief phone interview. After several more days I got an email to schedule a face-to-face interview. There was one final phone interview that had a few think-outside-the-box questions. The overall process took longer than it normally might elsewhere. It was mentioned in the initial posting that they were looking for the right candidate and that it wasn't just about getting the position filled as soon as possible. It was also in the middle of the last big push of rentals and events at the end of the year. Since the company has very few full-time employees, it's important that the applicants felt like "one of us". Personality and communications skills were equally as important as experience. That was the case in Chicago at least, all offices are independently owned.
