Our interviews are designed to give candidates the chance to showcase both their technical skills and their approach to collaboration, as well as giving you an insight into how we work at Travel Counsellors. For design roles, this can sometimes include practical exercises or assignments to help us understand creative thinking and problem-solving styles. We appreciate that this can feel like a big commitment, so we try to make sure expectations are clear from the outset.
