Had a phone interview with the HR recruiter which was relatively pleasant. That same day I received an email inviting me to an "in-person conversation", which was a group interview that consisted of a 3 person panel. One of the women was VERY argumentative and rude, almost to the point that I questioned whether or not the interview could be real. The Director of the department was quite friendly however, so I accept the offer.
Two weeks in I hate the job. Turns out I'll be working under the rude lady that did my interviewing. Back to the drawing board.
