I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Transwestern (Houston, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
This was one of the most unorganized interview processes I’ve experienced. I completed a total of four interviews. During the third, I met with the executive team — one of whom arrived 15 minutes late. By that point, I already sensed this wasn’t the right company for me.
On the same morning as my final interview with two Executive Assistants, I had fortunately received another offer from another company. I found it unusual to have a panel interview with two EAs for an EA role, but I went through with it. Unfortunately, that last interview left me feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against based on race — something I will never tolerate. I felt it was important to share this experience so others can approach this company with awareness.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Transwestern
Interview
The interview process was straight forward. Started off with a phone screen with the hiring manager and then two in-person interviews, one with the direct team and one with 10+ other office team members. Offer was shortly after final round.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transwestern (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was very informal and non-traditional. It went quickly and I genuinely walked away feeling interested. Upon my 6 week employment span, I was very disappointed by the lack of training, communication, and general disregard for providing tools to succeed. Mind reading was definitely expected once hired. Buyer beware!
