I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Transpacific Foods (Irvine, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
A highly informal interview by the President and Director of Finance/HR. The informality was the only positive piece of the equation. The meeting was off-site because they had someone in the role that they claimed was incompetent, but wouldn't fire him unless/until I agreed to a start date - should have been my first clue of the environment.

Question 1
Why are you willing to accept a position so far beneath you, and for so little money?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Transpacific Foods (Irvine, CA) in Feb 2011
Interview
The interview felt very unprofessional/informal as the interviewers were both wearing jeans. The person I spoke to on the phone did not tell me how to find their office so I'm glad I was very early. One of the interviewers spoke horrible english so I had a very hard time answering some of the questions as I didn't really know what they were asking me. The job posting showed no information regarding payscale.
