Very thorough. CEO pushes HR to go beyond simple background checks. The CU will call all employers and supervisors, and will only allow the candidate to use references that are still employed by previous jobs. The complete process is time consuming.

The CEO will demean you in the interview if she feels you are not worthy to work at her Credit Union.
