Interview Experience The process was highly unprofessional. I arrived early for my scheduled 12:00 PM on-site, only to wait until 12:30 PM with no communication. At 12:10 PM I was told there would be a 10-minute delay, but no one followed up afterward. The HR Manager was present yet chose not to acknowledge me. A basic level of respect and communication was missing — if there was an emergency or change, they should have informed me in advance or canceled the interview. Overall, a very disappointing candidate experience.
