Recruiter has helpful and communicative. The proficiency tests were easy. It was a short process, and easy to go through. Good experience overall. The process lasted maybe about 2 weeks max, including hiring process.

You have to interpret a letter for the interview and they rate you. You get nervous to do it on the spot but they understand that you get nervous and are lenient. They just want to know that you are fluent in the language
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Phoenix, AZ) in Dec 2019
Interview
Abby, a recruiter from inside the company, contacted me. I had my first interview with her: so easy, kind, even fun. She gave me a good feedback after a few hours. I didn't pass the second part, which was the listening assessment and Abby offered me to take the test again within a month. I accepted it and I passed it this time. I had the final interview with a supervisor (very nice btw, super kind and an easy interview where we talked about life, hobbies and previous experience). I got the offer an hour after passing this last interview. They offer you around 30 different shifts and you choose the one that works better for you. As i will be working remotely, I am choosing to work early in the minoring. The requirement is to have a land-line at home to work as an interpreter.
