      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trane (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2015

      Interview

The interview process was well structured and easy to work with. I went through the following steps: 1) Phone interview for screening purposes 2) Invited to attend an informal meet and greet 3) Contacted by email to set up an interview. 4) 1st round interview with managers 5) 2nd round interview with managers

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Typical behavioral interview questions asking to explain your interest in the Sales Engineer position. Informal process and the interviewers make it an easy, natural process. Bulk of the interview is asking you to explain achievements and work/school history from your resume. Basically, they want you to be a convincing and a natural communicator who can represent the company well for a client facing role.
