I applied in-person. I interviewed at Trandon Associates (East Orange, NJ) in Dec 2017
Interview
This place is an ABSOLUTE waste of time.
They will reel you in with a “job” that does NOT exist and not tell you they are a job agency.
I was told because it was that they would find something for me etc. however, the “interview” is a waste of time, everything I went there for could have EASILY be done on the phone.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trandon Associates (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
The first thing i did was when i walk in the office i was told to fill up paper work. After i fill up the paper work that took 15 minutes i waiting 10 more minutes to be interviewed. They are fast in the interviewing process straight forward questions. They are unprofessional because when you are talking about the work experience they cut you off and speak over you. They are very loud. They put you back in the main room/ receptionist area. They make you wait another 10 minutes and than they give you a business card saying that all these people you see are helping find a job. They did this with this other lady going for a interview i sure she felt the same way. They interview people for fun/ waste of time because they want to show there bosses/managers that they are working.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trandon Associates (New York, NY) in Apr 2013
Interview
You actually spend more time waiting than getting an interview which is maybe 5 minutes. Person interviewing does not take the time to get to know you at all. They waste your time by making you come down for a brief process and they try to make you come down again even if you spoke to them a few months before. Other agencies try to be sure that they have you marketed to a client andhave a definite job. Hopefully they will go under.
