Traffik interview questions

The interviewee was late. One of the senior creatives settled me in. The interview was conversational. Interviewee asked questions off the laptop, cover the basics. But did not make the job sound exciting. Brought sketchbooks to show my creative process, but interviewee said that was not the focus of the interview.

I was interviewed by a human resources person who asked a bunch of unrelated questions to the job. It felt like it was an assault on my character and had nothing to do with my knowledge of the industry or how I managed a team. I felt she was nosey and was offended that someone with working knowledge of the position I was interviewing for was not present. This was the second interview after a phone interview - conducted by the same human resources person.
