      Corporate Beverage Manager Interview

      Feb 22, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Emeryville, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trader Vic's (Emeryville, CA) in Dec 2016

      Interview

I was contacted by one of my close friends about the position being open. I applied online and within a few days I was contacted by Jocelyn from the corporate office. We went over the details of the job and she asked a lot about my background. She said the next step would be an in person interview at Trader Vic's in Emeryville. During that interview I met the President, EVP, and Dir of Bev. This interview was more in depth and went over my entire work history and background in beverage. I was also told the requirements for the job and what would be expected of me in that position. We had a Q&A towards the end of the interview that answered all the questions I had. That took place right before Christmas so it took about 3 weeks for them to get back with my on the status of the position. I was then contacted via phone by Jocelyn saying we had to go over some questions they had prior to them making a decision. After that it was about 2 days before the President called me and offered me the position.
