Interview
Interview was with two managers, one conducting the questions, the other taking notes and mostly watching from the sidelines. We were in the small artist's loft with the artists present, quiet and listeningin on the interview. It was really awkward. No personality questions, all by-the-book typical interview questions concerning strengths/weaknesses/customer service experience, etc. I felt more awkward than I usually do and knew I didn't get the job the moment I walked out of the room.

I was not hired! It was a new store so it was a very competitive position. I was emailed the day after my application, but denied shortly after the call. I am under the assumption that this location prefers experienced people.

Rigorous process. 2 separate interviews first with a manager and the final with the store captain. Overall the process took about 2 weeks. But also took a little bit to hear back from when I dropped off my resume.
