Got hired through a job fair. That is the best chance you have to get work at TJ's because they don't have alot of turnover. Ok my interview process was great!! I was very familiar with their products and had an upbeat attitude with helped the most. I was interview by the mates (mgr.) I would be working with and it was about 3 mates and my last interview was with the captain himself. Best interview I've had to date.

How do you get the giraffe in the refrigerator. I'm lying that was the one that I didn't see coming but I was laughing with the mate the whole when he asked that one!
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.
I had 3 separate interviews. 1 was over the phone. 2 were in person. I never heard anything after the third interview. I called the store about a week later and they let me know they didn’t actually have any available positions. Really felt like they wasted my time.
Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
