Applied for the job on Edjoin, received an email then confirmed time. Interviewed with a group panel. It was located at the district office and was in a giant room interviewers were not welcoming
Edjoin, in-person with principal and counseling team. Round table style. Team seemed really friendly! Most questions were standard ASCA expectations. Other questions focused on handling behavioral conflicts among students, and diffusing parent conflicts at events. Counselors are expected to supervise football games.
