The Interview process is long comparable to others I have been thru. Many people are involved in a the process for a management position. First a phone call from HR, go over the CV. Second phone call is further review with HR director and then setup time with the Department head if approved. The HR director you will ask you to prepare a candidate summary which consists of salary expectations, reason for change, personal history and perceived management style. Third call is a 1 on 1 interview with department head. Forth interview is meeting with President. Fifth interview is with a panel of department heads, mostly asking about your knowledge and experiences.
