Online application in addition to submission of resume....duplicative at best. The web page attempts to parse out the essential information...personally, if the hiring manager or the HR person is not reading, or incapable of interpreting the resume, they should not be in the position with that task. I have never seen a resume, hundreds reviewed, that was not the best possible way to view any candidate.
