After the call, I sent multiple follow-up emails, both shortly after the interview and again weeks later following the holiday period, but never received any response or update. While disappointing at the time, this experience ultimately proved informative. Being completely ghosted after a video interview reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and communication standards. In my experience, how a company treats candidates during the interview process is often indicative of how it operates internally. Clear communication and basic professional courtesy matter, and their absence here spoke volumes.
