I applied online through one of the assorted hiring sites that are strewn about the internet. About a week and half afterwards, I received a call from a recruiter saying they wanted me to come in for an interview. It turned out to be a group interview which was overall fairly simple. Another week passed and I was asked back for a second interview which was 1 on 1. The questions were simple and straightforward and ended with her offering me a job.

Pretty open and shut. They call you in and you spend about 15 minutes talking to the store manager, and they call you back that same day if you got it.
