Interview
General panel interviews were conducted at a central location for all properties in the Orlando area. Interviewers then gave results to property managers who chose from the pool of qualified applicants to fill any open positions they had. Managers then called you in for an interview at the property where you would potentially work for a 1 on 1 interview. If selected, a background check and drug test were performed.

Easy, asked if I can drive manual and if I had any experience. Had to go to one of their hotels and was allowed to valet my car for the full experience.

Applied online. Got a call from the account manager asking to come in for an interview. Met at the property. Told him about myself, then he gave me his story and the company story. A few basic behavioral questions and that was it.

Interview process was not difficult. They ask you questions just to see what type of person you are and if you have experience. They value integrity to good morals since you are always talking to guest and driving their vehicles.
