Asking me questions about my previous cashiering and customer service experience, why I wanted to join the company, if I had grocery bagging experience, etc. Also asked me about my availability. There was also a timed test to see if I was a good fit for the job, which was not too difficult. It mostly involved math and cashier related questions.

Interview
Two department managers asking the usual questions and describing the company's culture at length. A friendly and upbeat conversation throughout; a welcoming vibe leaving me with the impression that I certainly would like to work there.
