There wasnt much of an interview. This location is desperate for hires. You meet with a manager and they go over the usual background paperwork. Surprisingly they do not drug test.

I was contacted by corporate because I have open resumes on monster, indeed, career builder etc. given my prior experience in the automotive industry I was informed of the need to fill a position in the local store. Scheduled an interview for the same day, arrived 15 mins early and had a brief interview with the store manager who gave me the basics and asked if i was amenable to the position... was offered the job on the spot!
