Submitted by recruiter; client called for interview same day; cleared first round interview with hiring manager; short-listed with another candidate for HR interview 3 days later; the other person got offered the job.
They were looking for long-term commitment. The IT group had only 3 people currently. Looking for somebody who can hit the ground running, with little or no supervision. Involved lots of user interaction. Nice, relaxed work environment. Lots of opportunity for growth.
