During Covid, it was all done over screen time, initially spoke with the HR member, followed by the Department manager, then by Head Of, based in NYC. The process lasted a few months as recruiting is never a few weeks. However, their HR dept updated me every few weeks, and they were easy to communicate with

Asked me describe my current role. Noted that there was difference in terminaolgy between what is known as a Merchandiser in the UK vs in the US, which is more VM merchanidsing.
