Very detailed discussion of previous experience, small tests, favorable attitude of interviewers. There was a conversation for about the first 15 minutes, then a practical test for about 20 minutes.
I completed a 45 minute online assessment where the questions were very simple and straightforward, i was then, emailed saying that I was selected for an interview a few weeks later.

really easy and common sense questions. you'll be fine. takes a lot time to get back though, for me it was several months so keep that in mind. I thought i got ghosted but they just take a long time to process.

it was easy and really enjoyable 3 tests oral written and practical. common sense questions really. as long as you have buzz words like workplace safety and open mindedness you will be all good.
