Torchbearer Group interview questions

Simple interview with the CEO, he asks the most basic questions you can imagine. They make you go to a second interview in a retail store. Very friendly and polite!

I interviewed with the Manager of the company, and it was easy. Questions like what do I like to do for fun, explain your past job experience, and a lot of the time was spent with him mainly telling me how great the company is and how I could make "upwards of $75,000" if I was willing to put in the time for the 6-9 month program. The job description was all over the place, talked a lot about "marketing" in Costco, Sams Club, and Walmart. Saying if I got people to purchase certain products I would get a bonus? Overall I got a job offer but I decided that just wasnt the job I was looking for and I declined.
